Your collateral basket

Typical Aave v3 liquidation thresholds: WETH ~82.5%, WBTC ~78%, USDC/USDT ~85%, mid-cap alts ~50-65%. Leave value at 0 to skip a row.

Why "one threshold" isn't how real positions work

Single-asset health factor calculators ask for one collateral value, one debt value, and one liquidation threshold — clean, but not how Aave, Morpho or Compound v3 actually price risk. Deposit WETH, WBTC and USDC together as collateral and the protocol doesn't pick "the" threshold; it computes a dollar-weighted average across every asset you've deposited, because each one has its own independently-set liquidation threshold reflecting its own volatility and liquidity profile. A basket that's mostly stablecoins can carry a much higher LT than one leaning on volatile mid-caps, and mixing them means your real threshold sits somewhere in between — exactly where depends on the dollar weighting, not a simple average.

That weighting matters more than it looks. Two baskets with identical total collateral value can have meaningfully different health factors purely because of composition: $60k split evenly across three assets with an 80% average threshold behaves very differently from the same $60k weighted 70% into a single 55%-threshold altcoin. This calculator computes the real weighted figure and — just as importantly — converts it into a uniform price-drop percentage: the single number that tells you how far the market has to fall (assuming every asset in your basket drops together) before you're liquidatable, which is a far more actionable number than the health factor ratio alone.

The weakest-threshold asset callout exists because it's usually the highest-leverage lever you have. Health factor typically rises faster from swapping your lowest-LT collateral for a higher-LT one (or from repaying debt) than from adding proportionally more of everything — this calculator flags which asset in your basket is dragging the weighted average down the most, so you know where to act first if a market move puts you uncomfortably close to 1.0.
